1) Tightness:
Take 10 capsules of this product, gently pinch the two ends of the capsule with your thumb and forefinger, rotate and pull them out without adhesion, deformation or breakage, then fill them with talcum powder, cover the cap and body, and drop each capsule at a height of 1m onto a board with a thickness of 2cm without powder leakage; If there is a small amount of powder leakage, it shall not exceed 2. If it exceeds the limit, another 10 capsules shall be taken for retest, which shall meet the requirements.
2) Brittleness:
Take 50 capsules of this product, place them in a watch glass, transfer them into a dryer containing magnesium nitrate saturated solution, place them in a 25 ℃± 1 ℃ constant temperature for 24 hours, take them out, and immediately put them one by one into a glass tube (with an inner diameter of 24nm and a length of 200nm) standing upright on a board (thickness of 2cm). Drop the cylindrical weight (made of polytetrafluoroethylene, with a diameter of 22mm and a weight of 20g ± 0.1g) from the glass tube mouth freely, depending on whether the capsule is broken. If it is broken, no more than 15 capsules shall be taken.
3) Disintegration time limit:
Take 6 capsules of this product, fill them with talcum powder, and check them according to the disintegration time limit test method (Appendix Ⅹ A) and the method under capsule. Each capsule should be completely dissolved or disintegrated within 10 minutes. If one capsule cannot be completely dissolved or disintegrated, another 6 capsules shall be retested, all of which shall meet the requirements.
