The inner packaging material of the direct contact capsules should strictly comply with
the relevant requirements of the packaging of the medicinal solid preparation. The outer packaging should have a certain strength enough to protect it from being crushed and deformed during transportation and storage, thus affecting the use of the product.
Capsules are packed in 5-ply corrugated carton with poly-bag and aluminium foil bag, lined with styrofoam sheets in all 6 sides, 585x390x740mm.

For product quality concern, usually when we ship by sea, it's always by one full container as the capsules can be kept in the full container at +20 centigrade cold storage (reefer container) to ensure the quality not be affected during the transportation because it's extremely risky to ship by LCL(CFS) sea shipment due to other cargos in the same container may possibly affect capsule products according to our past experiences. So, if the order quantity is less than one full container, it would be recommended to ship by air that can provide better storage condition during the transportation.

※ Transportation
The product should be protected against pressure, sun, moisture and heat during transportation. Do not mix with toxic or corrupted items for shipment.
※ Storage Conditions
This product must be sealed and stored in a clean, dry, ventilated warehouse. It should not be stacked in the open air. The best storage conditions are relative humidity of 35%- 65% and temperature of 10°C-25°C.
※ Orders And Supply Logistics
Lead Time
The orders have to be sent via email to our Customer Service department with confirmation within 48 hours.
For non-forecasted orders, currently the average lead-time is between 2 and 4 weeks.
Quick Stock warehouse available capsules are delivered within 48 hours.
Order Size
The minimum order quantity is 1 million capsules, in accordance to full carton quantity deliveries and the standard amount of capsules per carton for each size.
The minimum order for Quick Stock warehouse available capsules is one full carton and up to ten cartons maximum.

● In accordance to our shipping and warehousing instructions.
● Deliveries within mainland EU/ EFTA are House Delivered (DAP).
● Due to transport organization, traffic situation and Customs formalities, the delivery in mainland EU/ EFTA might vary +/- 3 working days of the initially confirmed date.
● Deliveries outside mainland EU/ EFTA are CIF port/ airport of destination; transportation charges will be invoiced separately.
