HPMC Veg Capsule
Only the best quality gelatin and HPMC are used to make our capsule, in complaince with U.S. Pharmacopoea standards. All raw materials are carefully inspected prior to usage. In addition, we only use gelatin from countries that are free from bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE); BSE-free certificate is avaliable upon request.
Capsule Structure
1. Gelatin hollow capsule
(Materials/ gelatin, our company only uses bovine bone gelatin.
Function/ rapid dissolution, can quickly disintegrate in the stomach, is conducive to the rapid release of the contents.
Advantage/ Relatively low cost, mature technology, good stability, is the current mainstream product of capsule dosage form. )
2. Hypromellose Hollow Capsules (HPMC)
Material/ Hypromellose
Function/ The stomach dissolves, disintegrates, dissolves and absorbs rapidly in the stomach.
Advantages/ Low moisture content, no fragility, suitable for moisture-sensitive or hygroscopic content such as plant source content. Suitable for all people.
3. Pullulan Hollow Capsules
Material/ Natural water-soluble polysaccharides, sugar cane, derived from fermentation, green and healthy.
Function/ rapid dissolution, can quickly disintegrate in the stomach, is conducive to the rapid release of the contents.
Advantages/ 1. Low oxygen permeability, effectively prolong the oxidation time of the content, so as to obtain a longer effective period. 2. Stable to apply, chemically stable, can be applied in various medicines and foods. Applicable to all people.
History
1987-Xinchang Tianlong Capsule factory was founded and registered.
1993-Built new workshop,office and laboratory at Zhangjialing of Ru'ao town; Installed 6 manual production lines.
1997-Obtained Drug Manufacturing Certificate
2003-Built the No.1 workshop; Installed 14 semi-automatic production lines and deprecated manual production lines; Expanded the laboratory.
2004-Built No.2 workshop, installed 12 semi-automatic production lines.
2007-Passed ISO9001 quality management system certification.
2008-Renamed as Zhejiang Tianlong Capsule Co.,Ltd.; Obtained FDA registration
2009-Dismantled 6 semi-automatic production lines and replaced by 12 automatic production lines
2012-Founded the second factory of Tianlong.
2013-Sales more than 150 million, pay taxes 13 million.
2014-Passed HALAL certification.
2016-Be rated as a National High-tech Enterprise.
