1. Vegetable Capsules is a pure plant-nature product--It is composited of Polysaccharide Cellulosic Ingredients, raw material is Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC). Vegetable capsules is certified by U.S. FDA with "Production, Free Domestic and Export Permit". In addition, vegetable capsules is also analyzed by world renowned SGS International Laboratory on 161 items and proven to be free of pesticide residue, heavy metals and not containing any GMO ingredients.
2. Low moisture content--Vegetable Capsules is suitable for filling with hydroscopic and / or moisture sensitive drug powders as well as nutraceutical herbal powders.
3. Superior stabilities ----when compared with conventional gelatin or modified starch capsules--Vegetable Capsules does not generate any interaction with its fillers to form cross-linking reactions.
4. Easy and Convenient Storage -- It can be stored at ambient temperature and broad range relative humidity. It is stable at high temperature (below 65 oC) , and dose not crack even under zero percent relative humidity. No refrigeration is required for long distance hauling and transportation. It has long shelf life(up to 5 years).
5. High filling rate -- The filling rate is more than 99%.The specification of Vegetable Capsules is similar to all sizes of conventional gelatin. There is no need to alter the filler machine to meet the filling requirement.
